After the first year
You renew hosting and care as a subscription: we look after the server, SSL, backups and small changes. You can also move the website to your own host at any time. The website and copy are yours.

Website questions.
Do I need a domain?
No. If you don't have one, we'll help you choose and buy an address. If you do, you just change two settings following our instructions.
I already have a logo. Can I order Website + Brand?
Yes. Upload your logo in the “I have a logo” tab, and we'll build the branding and website around it.
Who writes the copy?
We do, based on your brief. If you have your own copy, send it and we'll fit it into the layout.
What if I don't like the design?
You get two rounds of revisions. We change the layout, accent colours, photos and copy until the website is right.
I already have the Brand or Business package. How much will I pay?
At checkout we deduct what you've already paid for the same logo. You only pay the difference.
Can it be faster?
Yes. With Express we show you the website design 1 business day after your brief, for 30% of the package price extra.
Will my business show up in Google and ChatGPT?
With Website + Brand, yes. We set up or improve your Google Business Profile: description, categories, hours, cover image and post graphics. We build the website so search engines and AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude understand what you do and where. Nobody can guarantee rankings, but you get the best start.
