Is the logo really free?
Yes. We email you the logo from the logo maker for free, with no account needed. You only pay for vector files, brand guidelines, documents, business cards and the website.
What is the Premium logo?
With Premium you describe your business and the logo you want, and you can add one or two images of logos you like. AI designs four concepts just for you. The preview is free and watermarked. For £8 you get PNG and SVG files without the watermark, plus an animated logo as GIF and SVG. Premium is also included in every package.
Why does the logo come by email?
So your files are always at hand and the download link keeps working later. You only get our newsletter if you tick the consent box.
How can I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; Stripe may also show other methods popular in the UK. We email your files as soon as the payment goes through.
Can I use the logo commercially?
Yes, the files are yours to use in your business. We only use typefaces licensed for commercial use.
How do the packages differ?
Brand is the full logo and the basics (SVG, favicons, brand guidelines, letterhead). Business adds business cards, an offer template, social media, contract templates and a PowerPoint presentation. Website + Brand is everything in Business plus a website we design and publish for you.
I already have a logo. What can you do with it?
Upload it in the “I have a logo” tab. For £8 you get an animated logo in GIF and SVG plus versions for light and dark backgrounds. In the packages we build colours, brand guidelines, business cards, Word documents and a website around your logo. The logo file stays in your browser.
How is the website in Website + Brand made?
Right after payment you download your full branding. Then you fill in a short brief, and within 7 business days we show you the website design. You get two rounds of revisions, and we publish the finished website on your domain. Hosting for the first year is included.
Can I register the logo as a trademark?
We don't search trademark registers. Before filing with the UKIPO or EUIPO, it's worth ordering a clearance search.
What if I don't like any of the logos?
Change the style or the industry and you'll get completely different concepts. Packages also include revisions.
Have the contracts been checked by a lawyer?
They are templates to adapt to your situation. For important contracts, have a lawyer review them.
Will my business show up in Google and ChatGPT?
With Website + Brand, yes. We set up or improve your Google Business Profile: description, categories, hours, cover image and post graphics. We build the website so search engines and AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude understand what you do and where. Nobody can guarantee rankings, but you get the best start.
